Payment Conditions
for Prefab houses, Gazebos and Hardwood Doors
A. For
orders less than USD 2,000: 100% payment in advance.
B. For orders between USD 2,000 and USD 15,000:
1st
installment: Down payment 50%
2nd
installment: 20% midway
3rd
installment: 30% prior to shipment
C. For
orders over USD 15,000
Payment
system for C is in accordance with progress made.
We provide two
options:

1st
installment: 30%, against a pre-assembly progress of 40% (milestone 1) (1)
2nd
installment: 30%, against a pre-assembly progress of 80% (milestone 2) (2)
3rd
installment: 10% prior to shipment
(1): The
payment for this installment will be adjusted against the conversion rate
between USD. and Indonesian Rupiah (up or down) at the moment that the
invoice is issued. If raw materials have increased in price since the
start of the project, adjustments will be made to the invoice over the
costs for the remaining materials needed to complete milestone 2.

Invoices and terms
Pro Forma invoices will be sent by
e-mail.
The invoices will be subject to an
additional 1.5% to cover bank charges and bank costs.
Payments for
installments need to be received not later than 7 calendar days after
client has received the Pro Forma invoice. P.T. BALI WORLD TRADING CO.
reserves the right to halt or suspend the works if payments are delayed,
until the funds have been credited to our account.

reserves the right to increase the prices with the costs for unexpected
charges and/or fees imposed by the Government of Indonesia related to new
or revised export regulations for the goods.
The goods will be released for
shipment as soon as the full payment for the final installment inclusive
of any outstanding payment(s) has been received.
Progress payments, how does it
work.
Each project with a value over
USD.15,000 will be fabricated following a pre-determined time and material
schedule, shaped in a graphic called an S-curve. At 3 pre-determined
intervals on this S-curve a cut-off date will be set, followed by a
milestone (such milestone normally falls a few days after the cut off
date). When a milestone is reached a payment installment needs to be made.
Proof and evidence of a milestone will be furnished by pictures.
